need a lil help getting pics up.

ok I tried to put a pic on this message but it says it can only put pics on that ar 50K but mine are all 200K+ so how can I bypass that if there is a way, or shrink the files

I use photoshop to save them for the web. You can adjust the file size with it. I think most image editing software should let you do that. A lot of people use image hosting websites too.
