some guy's interested in an exchange, zoanthids vs pink Montipora Capricornis. It's very...very interesting, but..i was out of salt for 'bout a month, so now i have po4...like .25, nitrates are under 2 ppm, and i still have my old 10000k hqi bulb 150w. My LPS are still happy, but i wondered if a Capricornis would handle that. I have lps and softies, but never kept SPS so i feel like a noob :) . So advice needed quickly pleaaaase.
This is the actual montipora :

Ive had great luck keeping monti caps. I think with your setup you will be fine, acclimate slow, set it on the bottom to get used to y our lights... you know the deal. They arent too light demanding but they do alot better under anything more than compact flour.... such as t-5 or halides.
