Need feedback on a stock list for a 45g

So I am restocking my 45 thanks to a heater malfunction

I have 2 yoyo loach existing a few java fern and misc. low light plants. Substrate is river rock type gravel over sand.

Here is what I want to add

1 black veil angel
5-7 marble hatchets
5-7 dwarf neon rainbows
9-13 rummynose tetra (or similar schooling)
5-7 Cory's (species?)
1 dwarf albino bristlenose
7-9 ottos
Maybe add 1 more yoyo?
Maybe some glass cats
Some sort of shrimp/snails for cleanup?

I know it seems like alot but I have a fluval 404 and powerhead so I'm hoping it can take on the bio load.

I'd love input/ reccomendations

I like all those fish, but even with heavy filtration it sounds messy. I have found less is more with fish. Things just look neater and classy with a few specific species IMO.

Maybe narrow your schools down to just one school.

Maybe add 1 yoyo to make 3?
Or
Trade in for 7 Cory's?
Or
Both? (But that might be too much still)

Do you have a source for everything on your list? I know in my area, choices can be quite limited.

You might wanna shop around to modify your list accordingly.

Yes I am lucky enough that I can locate everything I want in my area.

I am torn though
1. Should I get rid of yoyo loaches to avoid aggression?
2. Can I get Cory's instead for bottom with gravel substrate?

I'm a big fan of hatchets, so if it were me I would do like two angels, 10 hatchets, some cories and a nice catfish.

Angels are okay in pairs or groups unless they start to breed. Then they turn into a problem. But you can always split up the breeding pair or rehome both of them together to someone who wants a mated pair.
