Need help finding a good LFS

I live in Northern Indianapolis and I just recently got in to the aquarium hobby. I have so far gotten all of my equipment and fish from the local Petsmart. I really want to find a smaller shop that is going to have more variety and rarer fish. I have used my local yellow pages to no avail. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to find a good LFS or does anyone know of any good ones in the Indianapolis area?

any of those near you.. my local petland is nice... also i have a couple of local small stores... one i dont go to cuz of alot of dyed fish...

Some people here have had success ordering fish online at places like aquabid and drs. foster and smith to name just a couple.

You can also try asking the managers at Petsmart if they'll special order something for you. If thier supplier can get it, they'll usually do it for you.

It is a bit of a drive but...
Inland Sea in Terre Haute is the place.
