Need help in identifying a Cichlid

I inherited a Cichlid from a friend who was moving and he had no idea what kind it is.

Any ideas?

kinda looks like this cichlid. i am no expert so im probably wrong

Juvenile male Aulonocara baenschi 50 mm (2 in) TL

Yeah that sure looks pretty close. Thanks. I looked on Google for like 40 minutes before I started pulling my hair out. Thought it would be easy, but I suppose if you know where to look.

Am I confused? I don't see a picture of a fish to identify.

it is really close. perhaps one pic is the male and the other a female?

Weird...now I can see the pic, but it didn't come up before.

Anyway, that fish looks very small...how big is it? It's a baby hap I do believe, not a peacock, but it's possible that it's too small yet to ID accurately.

It looks about two inches long.

looks to me like part of the peacock family for sure, maybe a Fort Maguire...
