need help on wavemakers and stuff

Alright i have two questions,
1 i was thinking about getting something to make the surfest so the water would move like mini waves.
2nd, i was wanting a current affect so like my corals would move around with the flow.
i found this
Wavemakers: Hydor FLO Rotating Deflector Wavemaker i thought it would move the surfest and give a under water current so any idea's or tips?

i would say get a SCWD and a closed loop for that size of a tank.

hmm how do those work? i hook my PH to the tube and it moves the water where i put them? and do you use one?
