Need help with Mollies

I need some advice on what to do with my black mollies.

Problem started with treating my adult black molly for ich. After treatment, noticed adult and one fry had white/silver color to their bellies like their scales had lost their black color. No texture, no fuzz, just loss of color to their bellies. Treated with Maracyn 1 and 2 as recommended by another forum. White/silver bellies are still present, but now adult molly has small white spot on mouth, and one spot on fin.

I know the tank is now overcrowded (1 adult female molly, 10 fry and 4 peppered cory catfish), but the adult fish has some sort of disease, so the tank is being treated. I don't want to move any of the fish until the tank is sucessfully treated, but unfortunately, the source of the problem is the overcrowding and keeping the water is perfect as possible. I am stuck in a nasty circle. As soon as I treat for one thing, I notice another problem.

Any advice????

Ammonia: zero

pH: 7.8

Temperature: 78

Heater: 50 w

Aeration: none other than what filter provides

Water change amount/frequency: at least weekly if not more

Tank size/how long in operation: 10 g in operation since Sept

Filtration: Wisper HOB filter for 20g

Water additives/conditioners/pH adjusters: Prime with water changes

What, how much and how often are the fish/frogs fed: twice a day

Tank inhabitants: 1 adult female molly, 10 molly fry, and 4 peppered cory catfish

New additions/changes to the tank: sand added a week ago, but problem started before that

Unusual behavior: none noticed

Medications/what has been tried or done do far: see above

Summary of potential fish/frog stressors: tank is overcrowded. Just as I was ready to move the adult and largest fry to main tank, noticed the above problems. Need to get some of fish out of tank, but treating for disease so can't move them. Unfortunate viscous circle I am in.
