I have a 20l tank with 1 cory 5 neons and 4 zebras dinos.

I want a couple of small algae eaters that will be ok with the rest of my fish. These will be the last fish I put into this tank and will be moved with the otehrs in the next 6 months into a new tank. I am looking at a 300L tank (just need time to get the money).

any ideas on what I can get that..???

Cheers

Can I get one and see how it is and then get others l8tr??

I have had a quick read and people seem to think oto's  eat brown algae, I only have green..!!

It is also suggested that if there is not enough to eat they attack other fish....is this true??

Cheers

We would offer the suggestion of a bulldog pleco.  Our LFS guy recommends them for tanks w/ smaller fish.  We have gotten some for our community tanks and they have been wonderful.  They don't get exceedingly big (approx 5" or so) and do a splendid job w/ algae.

Like aznpanther said, they're not the be all and end all for algae cleaning.  You'll still have to clean glass and such from time to time, but they will help out quite a bit.
