green hair algae is a nutrient overload issue...find the source, get rid of it, and then get a cleanup crew (crabs, snails, etc) or a lawnmower blenny.

Damsels...man...they are plain and simple a pain...most people end up taking out the LR to catch them

agreed theyare terrors to catch...i would never put them in my tank in the first place, maybe try placing large nets all over the tank and try to scare them into one...

There are a few traps out there. Look on the internet for those. Hair algae...better makeup water and a clean-up crew.

Damsels :
I had to remove all my rocks...they're fast and hide everywhere. Good luck man. Tried the DIY trap...didn't work. I guess it only works with non fearfull fished like FW. Almost cough one with the help of the turkey baster i used. I sprayed between the rocks to scare the damsel. I trapped in a net with my other hands but it finally got out . I was so pissed. Had 2 hours of fun.
I your LR is not glued maybe you should move it if you wanna save time. Unless you have a 9999 gallons aquarium.

Thanks all of my marine pals for the replys.
I fianlly had to remove all rocks and net the lil sucker.He was shredding my clown. I also have 10 dwarf red hermits and 12 blue and 7 red foot moon snails to start on the alage prob.

lol...i saw damsels behaving friendly...but you just can't catch them. So if they're sick..you're screwed...and so are the other fishes.
