I mean the engine start (make some noise) but it doesn’t push air in the aquarium..
I even don’t know if the level water it’s ok in the aquarium
I would appreciate a lot if you can give me some advices.. please help me..

PS: the Atman model is WP0600B - 780L/h

It looks like the Jebo/Via Aqua tanks that are available.

You definitely need to fill up the tank to the bottom of the silver rim.

As far as I know, the intake (tube with the strainer on the bottom) leads to the powerhead (the box in the second picture), which should go up into a chamber in the hood section, where there should be some kind of filter material.

So, water should go up the pipe (not air bubbles coming down it), into the hood, over some filter media and out into the tank again.

You should definitely be able to ask the store about how it works, if you have any questions.

ok, so the black item (power head) must stay in the water?
up in the silver box it has an input... I suppose that this one must not stay in the water... so this one is the only one which has contact with the air.. ? the rest of filter must stay in the water? it that true?

Thank you very much .

PS: the position of the atman filter is good.. I dont have space to put it in the silver box...

Yes, the rest of the filter must be in the water.
Thanks Helena, now it works fine :)... but I still have some questions... this item ATMAN is an water filter, am I right ?
If yes.. I need to buy another item, I mean an air pomp who push air bubbles in the aquarium.. or.. the ATMAN power head is an water filter and an air pomp ?
Also I don’t see a space in the silver hood for another air pomp… I’m confused… it so important to have the instructions manual.

Thank you.

Thanks guy.. you've really helped me... so I will not buy an air pomp.. if it's ok like that..
I intend to buy 2 goldfish in a few days.. just after the aquarium it will be ready (I set it up yesterday).

I hope it will be ok for them... (I'm really a beginner with goldfishes..) when I was a teenage in high school about 10 years ago.. I had a lot of exotic fishes ... but never had goldfishes...

Thanks again...

PS: I could say I’m back to the hobby that I had when I was adolescent :)

Just remember not to stock goldfish and tropicals together. Goldfish also need about 10 to 15 gallons per fish, so stock only a few. :)
:) yes. I will buy only two gold fishes.. I have a 20 gallons aquarium...
But who knows if in a few months if I'll see other beautiful gold fishes in the store .. maybe I’ll not resist to temptation

Do you have any good links with How to…. or Starting with Gold fishes… ?

There's some general advice on goldfish here: http://www.myfishtank.net/forum/showthread.php?t=28247

You should also feel free to start a thread with any goldfish questions. The search function is pretty good, too.

There's also info here: http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/
Thanks Lotus... Very useful links!
