I got two new corys earlier, a tiny little baby panda cory and a cool black-spotted cory. I know Panda cories are quite common but has anyone had any experience with the black-spotted (melanistius - or something like that!) cory?

thanks for the info, very interesting.

My melanistius has attached itself to my julii, following it every where, whether the julii likes it or not!!

Really glad i forked out £3.95 for him (i considered just getting an albino for £1.95 instead!!!), he's well worth it. :)

Yeah i'd love a little crowd of pandas but my 10g can't support any more fish, i'd be over doing it, i'm right on my limit.

My panda seems real happy with his other cory buddies tho and the mixed group means i can identify them all, make sure they're all healthy and happy.

The panda is really tiny tho, he's like the baby of the family, it's so cute!

I would get more pandas but i've only seen them for sale once (when i got one) and this was a good hours drive away, so alas i wont be having any more! :(
