I'm thinking about a change to my 100g CA cichlid tank (you can find details about it's current status in my sig). Here's what I'm thinking:
I want a single species primary fish. One thought is the Frontosa.
I want to keep loaches, primarily clowns, but yo-yo's and other various loaches would be nice. Also, my 2 plecos will stay.
I'm thinking Africans, but I am open to any suggestions.
Live plants are a must. I do not have a problem with my current cichlids harming my plants. The layout will remain the same (view tank profile in sig).
Any primary fish will be purchased very young, well before adolescence.
My municipal water param's look like this: pH 7.8-8.0, KH 15-17-ish, GH 15-17-ish.
Suggestions? Thanks!
