new fish

I am looking to add some new fish to my 40 gallon streched hex tank. The tank currently contains 6 zebra danios, 4 cory cats, 2 black tetras, and 1 silver dollar. i am looking to add more of a variety of color to the tank.Maybe some red , blues, and yellows. Looking for fish that get along with above fish. Any suggestions? thank you

maybe some Platies or Guppies, they are colorful.

I had the same problem a few years ago, I could only ever find yellow, orange or black fish. The only blues, reds and greens that I found were female bettas. I had six of them in a 20 gallon tank with some white clouds and a gourami and everyone got along well. Just depends on the betta though.

How about cherry barbs? They get along with most anything and add a splash of red. A dwarf gourami would work too (you can get one in most colors).

i have sunset platys which are red orange and yellow and theyre very nice maybe try them

Some nice Cardinal or Neon Tetras.Blue and red in one hit.

albo ~ Great choice on the Serpae, I just added 3 of them this weekend along with 3 black neon tetras and 3 harlequin rasboras. Colorful environment and great community tank for the living room!
