Hit up a local store in the next town over after work yesterday and picked up some new fish. The intent was to go down for a new Texas to replace the last one...anywho, while she was attempting to catch my Tex and two firemouths that I had to have (they're easily the most stunning I've ever seen locally, will have to go get more asap), I was peeking around and came across a tank with about six beautiful little Tilapia buttikoferi babies in it. Oddly enough, never seen them in any of the stores around here, and have always loved them...meet Baxter. He (I'm hoping) is about 2.5" and perfect! Lol. Again, may have to pick up a few more...
And a couple not-great quick pics of the FM's and Tex. Thankfully, looks like another carpintis. These guys are BABIES...all three are about 1.5-1.75".
