New loaches

Why do i have the inability to say no to a fish?
I just stopped by my LFS and they had a tank of kuhli loaches...which i was wanting.
Anyways....they had these few guys that they were calling kuhli loaches but they looked alot different than the others so they gave them to me for $5 for 3 of them. They're alot skinnier then the others, like a large piece of string, about 2 inches long. They're brown with a few black spots. They look like little skinny worms with a dorsal fin and a tail fin.
Any ideas....

look up a picture of a horse faced loach maybe. That's the only thing I can think of. Long and skinny that one is.

nope...not a horse faced....their faces look a lot like an eel's does

now this is driving my curiosity wild. I looked trhough half the pics on loaches.com. Closest I could find was at the link below. Have you looked through loaches.com? Keep me posted. me = curious as heck now.

Ah..ha! I found him!! They are gold kuhli loaches, apparently one of the rarer kuhli loaches.

He's eel like. Glad you find out what he was. Sounds like a neat loach too.

They're kind of fun...even though they haven't come out much. They're very much like a teeny tiny eel
The petstore now has a sign up on their tank with the correct identification (which is pretty impressive for them )
