Hi
I got my boyfriend a new tank for xmas (after several not so suitable hints!)
I found this on the practical fishkeeping website whilst doing some research and it looks quite good
Fish Tank Supplies | Aquarium Supplies | Tank Guard
it's called tank guard and it stops algae building up, it seems to work really well, has anyone else used it?
the fish keeping this is more his thing than mine so any advice would be much appreciated

are you planning on setting it up for him ??? coz if you are he would probably prefer to be able to aqauscape and plan the tank himself ?? is it his first tank ??

probably not his first tank if hes into them. but i agree in that this algae stuff is really not necessary.
