Well I'm from Australia and I'm going to set up a marine tank at the end of this year when i have some money. I have had a tropical freshwater tank since i was about 8 and i'm now 18 and i want a change. My girlfriend has a small marine setup and i was thinking of doing the same thing. I was thinking of a tank about 20 gallons or so.
Well I have read quite a few threads and Im slowly getting the idea. I was thinking of having a sand bottom or deap sand bed as some call them, live rock, a couple of percula clowns and maybe a sleeper goby at the start. I was thinking of getting into small corals after my tank has been running successfully for a long time but im not sure of the lighting and extra requirements for coral.
So I was wondering if you experienced people can give me a run down on all the stuff i need for the 20 gallon marine setup up i mentioned. Also if you could tell me what kind of equipment u think is best.
