New Tank Setup

I would like to setup a Cichlid tank....
Would someone let me know what to put in it

Emperor 400 BIO-Wheel Filter

heres what id do- 2 oscars OR some green terrors OR a few jack dempseys. definately wouldnt want all those fish together im becoming a cichlid lover...and those are my three favorite cichlids. my favorite cichlids are oscars tho...oscars are great if theyre in big tanks i learned my lesson about tank size...never put an oscar in anything smaller than a 55 and 100 is the minimum for 2

Oscars & Dempseys would do fine. U can also add neutral fish like Plecos and large cats.
If u want a species tank Frontosa or Discus would be the best to choose. Getting 6-8 Juvs and gooming them together wd bring u a lot of long term joys.

100gal? hmmm

Africans. Colorful and active. And not as messy as SA or CA. Go for Mbunas or Peacocks.

Or go for a colony. N. Brichardi are real nice. Or some other type of smaller cichlid.

Very least I would go with C-Mans Ideas.

I somehow think that someone with marine experience might go African - O's, JD's, GT's are all a bit lame now. ;-)
