hello everyone ive just started up a tank ive had it going for about 2 month i have a few fish init but not ad them in that long i have done all the tests n everythin is fine but there is alot of green stuff on the sand n its started to go on the glass now is this normall???????????
Green? Usually a new tank will start to grow brown algae (diatoms) on the substrate and glass. If your tank is only 2 months old and all the parameters are fine, you should not have green algae, but instead brown algae growth and that is normal.
