For the 40 bucks you'd spend on a microscopic tank that would be cramped for even shrimp you could get a 10 gallon setup. I would not suggest getting this tank.
I would deffinantly recomend using the standard fish tanks that come in plan basic shapes. THere is a reason they have been around so long. Novelty tanks are notorious for being terrible for fish and I would not reccomend it.
I agree I wouldn't get this tank. While it looks cool it isn't really design to provide fish with a healthy and happy life.
Plus I don't believe that tank has a hood/lid and betta's have a tendency to jump.
