ok so i had the motive to set up an aquarium a few months ago but with time not available and other things to do i lost interest but yesterday i found out my grandfather had bought me a 40 gallon aquarium.. i've been debating on what kind of fish i want because i love cichlids my science teacher had one and i loved them it's just my only debate is i want to make the tank look nice.. not just empty like you would for cichlids.. so here's my question.. what kind of fish are some of the most interesting small tropical fish that are fun to watch.. another question.. can i put a cichlid in and still put rocks and such in with it and is it possible to put to cichlids in the same tank while they're young and at the same time so that they dont become to territorial ( i know they will over time) but so that won't hate eachother overall
