Nightcrawlers for my Cichlid?

That is a matter of personal preference.
I have 11 discus and every now and then I will throw a worm or two in there for them.
My friend of twenty years feeds his fish leafworms all of the time.
I have never had a fish die yet and they go absolutely nuts over them.
I always wash them off first. Again, this is personal preference.

Ya I was just going to say rinse them off before feeding. If you rinse them off you'll have no problems.
Lou: Good luck with your Discus tank, its got to look cool with 11 discus! My LFS has a huge 960 gallon discus tank with about 20 discus in it. It is also heavily planted and just looks so natural. It is really cool.
