Noisy 350 Magnum

My Magnum 350 makes quite a bit of noise. I don't think anything there is anything rubbing, but I'm not 100% sure. It's sort of a vibrating noise, but when I pick it up ( so that the ground) it stops. I know that it's not the sound of the cylinder vibrating against the motor part of the filter. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I thought this filter was quiet . Thanks for any help.

if its real noisy i would take it back to the store and get it serviced. perhaps exchange it for a new one.

do you have the feet with the pads on it?
