Norman's Lampeye (Aplocheilichthys normani)

I saw this fish at the local petstore this evening. It has blue eyes and a transparent body. The size is about an inch. I searched the web but I couldn't find much info about it.

Has anyone kept this fish before? How to sex them? How long does it live? How do they breed?
