I bought 3 dwarf p-uffers and my one just killed my guppies. I don't know why this one has decided to attack my other fish!! my other two puffers are always nice, but this one isn't!! I was thinking of buying a little 5 gallon and putting the 3 puffers in it 3 ghost shrimp and 1 otto. Would that be okay? it will be a naturally lookign tnak with live plants, mostly hardy plants like java fern!!

the dwarfs should be fine in a 5.5, i had 4 in a ten and hat was more than enough, i eventualy got board w/ them and fed them to my cichlids. Very cool fish at first but eventualy get pretty boring...but thats just my expirience, you seem to enjoy your live bearers and i realy only have guppys for food so your out look may be some what differend than mine, haha

sorry to hear about your guppy... maybe, since the other 2 puffers are nice, keep them with the other fish and put the one that killed the guppy in a small tank by himself or with an otto or something...

i remember when you said all the puffers were nice and that they were always together lol.
maybe he was hungry and got grouchy. my chineese algae eater always gets grouchy when hes hungry and i know this cause there isnt anymore algae on anything and i feed him a lot of algae wafers until the algae comes back. But in your case , you should have at least a few snails in there cause thats what most puffers prefer to eat. they are carnivorous so give them some tpe of meat suppliment.

dwarfs puffers are freshwater, your puffers are a rare case, most are agressive and would glady rip any fish to part, if you seem to like puffers, if i were you id ditch teh dwarf puffers get a 20 gallon tank and get a green puffer, he will eventually out grow it but they grow very slowly, they are alot more interesting then dwarf puffers in my opinion, they are brackish and mine loves to kill everything new in its tank whether its a mono (*laughingc ) or a new powerfilter

btw- you seem to post like 3 topics a day, why dont you wait a day then put everything you have questions on into one topic
