how long has your tank been setup? what are the readings in the water (ammonia nitrate nitrite ph)? and semi-aggressive doesnt tell us the species of fish you have. you really need to say what species of fish you have and how many, and then figure out how big they get.

edit: you also might get a better response in the freshwater forum with this type of question

tiger barbs need to be kept in a minimum group of 5, pleco is gonna get bigger than 6inches if it is a common pleco, watch out for aggression from the gouramis towards eachother, the mollys will probably breed, and those sharks you have are not supposed to be kept together, they are very aggressive towards their own species, 1 in a tank that size is good. if your tank has been only up for a month are you sure it is cycled completely?

When stocking a tank, always consider the adult size potential of the fish - otherwise you will be constantly making adjustments later to get things back on course.

Some Pl*cos grow to 3 inches - some to a foot and a half - research first.

(Never believe what the man selling to you says - he wants the sale - the best thing to do is to look, walk away and research, then go back and buy once you know for sure what you're getting into)

All of the above I have learnt the hard way - as have a lot of us on here......
