Old tank to new help

Hello. For starters.. .I have a properly cycled 10 gallon tank..heavily planted(fake) ,rocks, and other decorations ..with 7 ghost shrimp,7 albino corys,1dwarf frog,8 tetras & the new edition 4 baby mollys...i know way too many in a ten gallon...But i just upgraded to a 55gallon ..heres my question if i use all the. Plants,decorations water and the filter from my 10 gallon how long should i wait to add fish?...added bio load liquid the one that says you can add immediately also?

If you have a full test kit and are able to test for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate you can add fish in what ever time it takes to acclimate them as long as you can provide water changes to keep the ammonia to zero-ish until the cycle finishes.
