What do you all use to feed your Big-O's?I feed crawlers, crix, meal worms, guppys(home bred and healthy), shrimp, white fish fillet, beetles, redworms, frozen foods, haikari pellets(boy do they need to make bigger food sizes- or better yet sticks so i dont keep getting bitten!), snails and thats about all.

Feeding goldfish or any other fish to another larger fish is a bad idea because usually they carry parasites and the such. Just dont , it is easier and better for the fishes health not to.
When I had my severum, I fed him/her pellets, flakes, bloodworms,shrimp, peas,lettuce,brine shrimp, and oatmeal flakes. Although since a severum's diet is somewhat different from an oscar's (ie it doesn't eat as much vegetable matter as a severum) I may be off.
PS I also caught and fed ants/bugs to my severum, only with ants you need to take off the head.
