Oscars and Pirahnas...

Just curious if anybody has oscars in the same tank as pirahnas, Im looking to buy two pirahnas for the tank, my two oscars are only about 2"-3" long, and share the tank with two red belly pacu's right now that are the same size. The tank is a 55 gallon, Im thinking of geting a 125 or 150 in about a year. Anybody got any suggestions for me?

well the bigger tank the better because your Oscars are gonna get big and your Pacu's are gonna get enourmus!

I wouldn't add pirahna, just in case they pick on some of the other fish.

For those fish you have right now a 150 gallon may suffice

Yeah key word is MAY. 2 Oscars need 100gals. Pacus alone prob really need 400-500gals when they become full size....you do the math. I wouldn't add anything else.

I think the pacus are gonna need a skillet by the time they outgrow the tank.
