no. 30 gallons is not even big enough for one oscar.(fully grown) oscars get very big, very fast. they eat alot (and crap alot too!:D) they would outgrow a thirty gallon in 2 months. you need at least a 75 gal tank to hold a happy oscar and a 90 gal for two, plus you need to have excellent filtration and do alot of water changes.

another no, for the same reasons listed above

also, personally i would only keep an oscar alone or with a group of six or more (huge tank)...some people have success keeping a pair but theres a good chance of having a weaker one that gets harassed to death by the stronger one, so you could end up with only one oscar anyway
