I want to add two otos to my five gal bowfront, but also one male guppy, could I?

I wouldn't suggest it...the guppies will start breeding out of control and over populate the tank in no time. You could get the ottos though. If you just want them to clean then I might suggest not getting the ottos and getting a snail instead?

For some reason, my guppies haven't ever gotten sick, and I've never had an algea (sp?) prob, I suppose they are very happy and I've an established tank so I shall get two otos.

Well its good that they haven't gotten sick Means you take good care of them!

The reason I suggest a snail instead of the ottos is because the ottos only eat algae...algae tablets etc...they like veggies, so they're a little bit more of a challenge to feed if you dont have algae for them to snack on. Snails are easy...they'll eat whatever they can suck up, bits of food, waste, algae etc

Or if you have pygmy cories at a lfs they would be a fun addition to the tank too.
