So I was looking around my tank today and I noticed one of my otos using his pectoral fins to hold onto a side edge of the hagen CO2 bubble counter. It's like he was saying, "look dad, no suckermouth!" Too bad he didn't stay long enuff for me to get a picture. Never seen a fish do that, closest thing to it is the walking on his fins that my gf's GAE does. Funny fish, always good times.*laughingc

hehehe my largest albino cory (Fatty :D) does the pectoral fin walk sometimes too. i remember the first time he did it, i dropped a shrimp pellet near him(about an inch and a half away from his head) and instead of swimming he just shuffles over sideways on his pec fins and starts eating the pellet. thats why hes Fatty hehehe:D

Yeah, my Oto uses his fins to crawl up my Val leaves.

Once in awhile he'll prop himself up like a little rocket on the rocks, start moving his tail really fast and then he'll lift off to go school with the Danios.

When I first got my Zebras he was trying to keep up with them, it was too cute!
