Hi everyone! I'm needing a little help on finding out what the sex of these cichlids are. Anyone know?

Here's our tank..

Here are the fish..

Ok thanks! So what is the general rule to be able to tell the sex. I want to be able to add some females to the tank.
One more question. I just had some unexpected platy babies and I am curious about what to feed them. I have read a few different things to feed them, but what is the best?

Varies by species. I knew the last 2 in the middle of each picture because they have color and they are peacock/hap type. Female peacocks and haps are very drab in color and actually have hardly any color to them. Just very grey.

The blue stripped and yellow stripped fish are Kenyi. Male and female are different in color in adult hood. They are a Mbuna, which can be tough to sex because a lot of species show no difference inbetween the male and female.

The small fish in the upper left of the last photo is a peacock, though i don't know the sex, its still young. Also, female peacocks and haps will not have very pointy dorsal and anal fins, more rounded.

Thats a great background, is it homemade?

Yeah it's homemade. Step be step pics can be seen in my 55 gallon journal in the general freshwater discussion....I need to add it to my sig anyway, so i'll do that now. Thanks for the help!

the yellow stripped fish is a bumble bee cichlid. a deep water cichlid that in my experience doesnot mingle well with other malawi cichlids. he lives around large catfish and changes to all black to trick the catfish into beliving he is a fish that eats parasites off his body, and then when the catfish is not looking the bumble bee will change back and eat the catfishes eggs. also i have kenyi to sell/trade/adopt. thanks
