Overcrowded or not?

Tell me if you think this is overcrowded 24 gallong long with 2 platy's, 4 harelquin rasboras, 4 white clouds, 3 blind cave tetras, 4 cardinal tetra's, 2 bumble bee gobies (I know they should be in brackish but theyre doing fine in my tank) and 1 algae cat (he only gets to around 4 inches).

doesnt sound too bad as long as you have adequate filtration IMO. what kind of filtration are u using?
