Overstocking 23 Gallon?

Got an empty 23 gallon tank with penguin bio-wheel filter and visi-therm 100 watt heater and was looking to stock it with some nice looking fish. I went to my LFS and was enchanted by 2 fish, the german blue ram and the angelfish. I was just wondering, could I keep a pair of angelfish and two blue rams together in a tank this size, or would that be overstocking it? Also, what would you recommend as a cleanup crew for this tank? I was thinking maybe cory cats....*thumbsups

One angel would be ok with a pair of rams. Cories would be fine also. You'd pretty much max it out at that point. Don't forget, rams can be a bit delicate.

I think that if you keep one Angel then you need to make sure that you keep your tank fairly understocked. I also dont think that you have room for 2, but if you do only the Angel and pair of Rams and maybe a few Otos (no more than 3) then thats as full as you want to go IMO. Good Luck!!
