Are all male parrot fish sterile? Is there any way to breed parrotfish?

What about a parrot fish and another kind of cichlid?

i think parrot fish can have kids, that is why they are so widly available hybred

I was under the impression that Parrotfish were a hybrid of two Cichlids. I just assumed that they bred the two cichlids to get a brood of Parrotfish. *shrugs* I could be wrong, but it sounds logical.

i would have assumed the same as velvet acid - like a donkey and a horse creating a mule - which is a sterile creature.
