Pearl Gourami

Is an adult pearl gourami capable of eating small fish? Say, small tetras or hasboras, or scarlet badis?

If it'll fit in its mouth, it can eat it.

If it is small enough to potentially fit in its mouth, you better believe a fish will try it eventually. Although you'd have to find some really small tetras or rasboras for the gourami to even try. I think you'd be fine. Just make sure they are adults.
