Petsmart Price Matching

Sorry, I didn't know which forum would be the proper one for this topic.
I heard that Petsmart can match their online prices, and I think they probably will add their shipping cost to it.
Well, I have printed out a paper of the shopping cart, with an AC70, a VisiTherm 150, and a Whisper 40 airpump.
It adds up to a total of 61.97, and there is free shipping on $50+.
Does petsmart actually do price matches? and if so, do they charge shipping?, if so, does the $50+ free shipping apply?

I have not heard of them adding for shipping. Thay may look at it like you are buying from them either way.

I've seen posts on this before but have no experience w/ this in particular.

I have brought in a Dr. Foster Smith catalog and they matched those prices.

Yes Petsmart price matches their online prices and does not add shipping. All you have to do is print the online page and take it to a store and they will match it no questions asked. Two weeks ago, I picked up 2 AC110's for their online price 0f $39.99 each. On the shelf, they are $79.99 each. I gave the printout to the clerk, she called over the manager because he had to use his register key to make the price change and no questions were asked. I did this at 2 different PetSmarts and had no problems. Also 2 days ago, I took a printout for Seachem's Purigen product in and got it for $6.29 instead of the shelf price of $8.49.

The key is to make sure you print the price from Petsmart.com and take it with you. So to answer your question tropical, that is all you need to do!!

NOTE: I did not have a print out with me at the time.
I was actually successful in having a $34.99 Visi-Therm Stealth reduced to $17.99.
I told the employee and they, themselves, checked the web and gave me the better price.
