What is a Ph controler. Does it actually Control the Ph of the water or does it only Monitor the ph. Kinda Confused

Usually a PH controller is just a logical device that provides voltage to seperate mechanical device. Simply put, it monitors the PH level and when it drops out of a given range it turns on an outlet for power.

Let me get this striat. Say I had the money to get one of these..HAHAAhAAA
Anyway. And that I also had a Co2 canister hooked up and my Ph was dropping fast. This Controller would turn off the Co2 canister? Is that right?

It all depends on the manufacturer and model of PH controller and how your CO2 canister is controlled. If your CO2 injection kit is controlled by an electronic solenoid via a simple on/off AC outlet on a timer, I would say yes assuming the PH controller is designed with AC outlets that turn on/off on the PH level set points. On the other hand if your CO2 kit is just a manual turn on/off valve, a PH controller won't do anything for you.
