pH in tap water

I was wondering what is the correct way with, the freshwater master kit, to figure out the pH of your tap water.

Instructions should have been included with the test kit.

For the regular pH I belive it is three drops of the solution, and the High pH is 5 drops. Fill the test tube to the line, or 5 mL.
