it doesnt really concern me as one of black phantom tetras has a large 'popping out' cloudy eye and has done for about 2 years but she eats fine and is very active. i just wondered what this is thats wrong with her as i was just wondering.
i only have 3 phantoms left in the shoal that started of with 12 about 3 years ago when i purchased them... they are happy and doing very well.
