i have a 150gallon tank and i have three oscars in it.
they are all of the same size and have been getting
along for 5 months now, all of a sudden two of the ocars
are picking on the other one. i have to remove the one that was getting picking on and moved it to a 20 gallon tank by itself. most of its scales are missing and its
fins look bad. it seems to be doing better since i moved it in a tank alone but is there anything i can do to help
it with the bit marks and its hurting fins?

I don't think there is anything else you can do. Is there a lfs around that will take him or the others? Maybe a friend? How big are they? For it's fin and bite marks, I can't think of anything else to do. It's in a tank by himself so he should be okay. Sorry I wasn't very much help. This is just what I know from keeping other fish. I have never had an oscar before.

Oscars are tough fish, they can come back from alot. I'ld leave him seperate, and let him heal up.

I had three oscars once, and they did the same thing. The one getting picked on jumped out of the tank and died before I found it. My guess is two of my oscars were male, and with only one female it screwed everything up.

Good luck
