Are the little blue spots normal? He was All red when I got him 2 months ago. He's a happy guy though, shares a ten gallon with only 3 other fish.

great looking betta, i think the blue spots are something called iresidence (sp?), you normally find it on cichlids, but it is a sign of a healthy fish.
