^ i started that thread. this is the fish in question.

he used to be SO colorful and now...not so much.
all he does is kinda float there all day...and swim around the top of his bowl.
it's like he doesn't want to hide with his plant or rocks, or anything.

I replied the other post already -- but are those tiny white dots in the water only, or on the betta as well? It's hard to tell in the photos.

As I mentioned in your other post, you may want to pick up some Bettamax, and see if that helps bring his colour, and activity level back.

hi, the tiiiiny white dots is just the water. (i had just changed it so that's why there's those dots).
