Well for starters why dont you check out the stickies at the top of the planted forum? We have lots of info in there. It'd also be helpful to know what kind of plants they are...so maybe pictures...or go to our plant profiles (http://www.myfishtank.net/reviews/index.php) and see if you can find pictures that match the plants you have?
