platy pregnant?

I just noticed about a week to a week and a half ago that my female platy is getting rather large, possibly pregnant. Is it ok to leave her in the tank with the other fish until she pops or should i move her to another tank

I have a 10 gal with 3 platys (2 female 1 male)
3 tetras
and 3 catfish

any suggestions thanks

well depends on whether you want to keep and raise the fry.
Female livebearers are always in some sort of a state of pregnancy if there is a male around, it's just their nature.
If you are looking to raise the fry, then try getting a "hang in the tank" breeding net, put the female in there when her gravid spot starts to show, and feed the fry crushed up flake several times a day.
If you aren't succesful, not to worry, with livebearers there is always another batch of fry on the way....
