Please help ID weird creature in my fuge

I was taking a filter sponge that I had in my sump and I noticed something in my fuge moving real fast and my filter sponge is covered in them, I thought they were bristleworms but they almost look like krill here are a couple of pictures I took of some I caught thanks in advance
