Please Help

I have a black molly who is about 2 weeks old whos back tail fin is clamped.. It was fine last night then when we got up this morning it was on the bottom of the tank like it was dead or sleeping although because we thought it was dead when tring to use the net she tried to swim away. I have done a 1/2 water change and put salt in the water this morning. DOes anyone have any idea y this is happening... Please help...

What are your water parameters? do you have a test kit to check?
How long has your tank been set up?
what else is in the tank?

Do not have a test kit no. The tank is prob a year old and all i have in there are 4 molles and 2 small cat fish. I have always taken it to like petsmart and they tell me its fine...and i havent done anything new

once bout every 3-4 weeks i just changed it and i changed it right before i got these fish

any signs of fungal rot or anything? or is his clamped fin the only sign of stress?
