You must answer this question!!! On my crushed coral
and my dried coral there are lots of light brown spots
on it. I tried gravelvacing it, But it came back.
My water is crystal clear and I have two bio-wheels.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be diatoms. Diatoms are the first algae to show up in just about any tank that is newly set up.
How long have you had the tank running, what size is the tank, is it cycled (what are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels), what is the pH, temp and salinity and are there any fish or inverts in the tank?

Its nothing to worry about. Whilst tanks are cycling the first form of algae they get is brown so its ok it will go away. No need to panic.

I still get diatoms in one of my sw tanks, even after it's been setup for 8months, if I don't clean it off it will turn to green algae.
