I would absolutely not use a biorb for saltwater. There isn't nearly enough surface area.
The Eclipse wouldn't be great, as the filter isn't ideal for saltwater.
You'd be much better off getting something like a BioCube/Nano Cube or Aquapod, if you're looking for an all-in-one tank, or getting a plain 10 gallon tank and adding the necessary equipment.
